Farm Court Guest House is an old farm complex that has been delightfully renovated and is particularly popular with artists, musicians and naturalists looking for quality accommodation on the island of Alderney.
The Guest House has accommodation for up to twelve people and also has a self-catering cottage for 5. All the accommodation is set around an enclosed area, giving privacy to guests, and is in a quiet part of the town of St. Anne on the beautiful island of Alderney.
All rooms have been thoughtfully and comfortably furnished, with the early stone farm buildings and cobbled courtyard forming the basis of a comfortable and simple holiday home.

The bed and breakfast accommodation is all ensuite with shower or bath, television, and the choice of twin or double beds. There is a guest sitting room and dining room, and a separate entrance from the courtyard. Accommodation is all at ground level. The courtyard is available for your enjoyment.
Please note that all prices quoted are per person for bed and breakfast ACCOMMODATION ONLY and do not include Airfare, Airport taxes. Single occupancy of a double room is £65.
The Cottage is for self catering use with a three person occupancy. In addition to the large kitchen/living room and generous double bedroom, the cottage also has a further bedroom and bathroom. The charge is £400 – £600 per week from Saturday to Saturday. An extra one or two people can be accommodated with a surcharge of £125 per person added. The weekly charge still applies if only one or two people book the accommodation.
