Five weeks packed with events and challenges to discover all aspects of the rich Alderney's heritage. From the youngest to the most expert, everyone will learn something at its level. Just come and explore!
The Channel Islands Heritage Festival is a annual celebration of a group of small islands with a big history, taking place from 8th April to the 10th May on Alderney, Guernsey and Sark. This year the theme is “Heroes, Myths & Legends”. The programme for the whole festival will be available at the islands’ tourism offices or on line: here.
For the third edition of the Channel Islands Heritage Festival, Visit Alderney proposes 3 weekly events (a Heritage Town walk, a Seabird & Fort boat tour and a lighthouse tour) and a week pack with events from the 12th to the 19th April.
Visit Alderney, with the help of the Alderney Society, put together two Photo Challenges. Available throughout the festival, with two levels of difficulty providing the whole family with a challenge! The Photo Challenge Booklets are available (and free!) at the Visitor Information Centre, Victoria Street.
