Channel Jumpers

Established in 1976, Channel Jumper was started as a Cottage Industry with the intention to revive the Alderney sweater which had not been seen since WWI and to establish a knitting industry on the island. Today, Channel Jumper offers a range of different designs, many of which are unique to us.

The jumpers are made from unfinished British Worsted Wool in a warehouse by the harbour and are on sale at the Alderney Wildlife Trust Shop in town. A percentage of each sale goes to the Alderney Wildlife Trust (a charity) whos profits are reinvested into nature conservation on the island.
