Enjoy a friendly half hour walk with trained leaders.
All of our walks are about 30 minutes long and are led by two or more trained volunteer Health Walk leaders. Their role is to help everyone walk at a safe but effective pace whilst still enjoying the social contact.
The walks are suitable for anyone who would like to get a little fitter with a group of like minded people.
Optional refreshments can be purchased afterwards.
Walking for Health is a network of 600 health walk schemes in towns and villages across England and the Channel Islands with regular short walks each week.
