St Anne’s Guest House

Visit website

Welcome to Ingrid's guest house and home.

The beautiful town house is from the late 1700's and still retains some original features. The dining room/lounge gives this house an illusion of grandeur with its high ceiling, large sash windows and open fireplace. Some of the furniture - the grandfather clock (restored on the island), welsh dresser and pictures add to the feeling of elegance. The rooms are equipped with TVs and the trays have a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and home made biscuits. To the rear of the property is a quiet patio and beyond is a small garden, a retreat, a place to relax with a book or bring in a bottle of wine, glasses are of course provided.

"Ingrid is a very gracious and accommodating hostess and her breakfasts are delicious!"

Ingrid offers her well known 'Alderney Breakfast' – which is often served outside when weather permits. A fantastic cook, she also offers evening meals on request. Her afternoon teas are unrivalled with fantastic chocolate fudge cake, fruit loaf, scones with Alderney clotted cream and Scandinavian specialities.

Children are welcome and so are well behaved dogs.
